Anyone intending to enter the event must have a general admission ticket, available from the venue directly at the link on this page. VIP and Inner Circle Upgrades do not include a General Admission Ticket.

Attention Parents

Parents with a general admission ticket are permitted to accompany their child into the building during the Inner Circle and VIP portions of the event. However, they must wait in an area nearby while that portion of the event takes place.

Will Call

All VIP and Inner Circle Upgrades are 'Will Call Only' meaning they can only be collected at the event. No upgrades are sent in the mail or post. Please print or screenshot your order confirmation email. Your name and order number will be referenced from a list at the checkin to the event.
